Working with Golden Healer Quartz

Fairly recently, my partner had brought me this astonishing Golden Healer Quartz in a shape of a love heart. My partner knew that I have been after this amazing crystal for such a long time.  I had been after something that would really assist getting deep into a few blockages that I kept continuously getting. I work in retail, this means being with loads of people at one given time. Also, being in management, I do get a lot of pressure from the people above me. Not perfect if you are an empath like myself, I have been using many crystals while I have been working, mainly ones that will protect my aura and filter out negative energies. This is all well and good, but I needed something that will give me an energy boost and to keep me active. Starting with Crystals

  When I held my first crystal I felt something almost immediately, I was getting drawn in and I knew that it was the crystal for me. Shortly after buying it I did some research online about certain crystals and how they work, why did it effect me the way that it did? I came to realise that certain crystals work differently for different people. They still have the same properties but can be used for many things. I can get confused pretty quickly so I just settled researching the crystals from Judy Hall to stop any conflicting suggestions. Everything on this earth has it's own source of energy, it's in the air, it's in the chair that you are sitting on and it's deffinately in the crystals. Cleansing Your Crystals

  So cleansing your crystals can be done in so many ways depending on what you feel like works best for you. Just remember to meditate as it helps to feel more grounded to the earth. If you have just got yourself a new crystal then it is important to do the process. Crystals that you buy in a shop or online have been on a journey and you just don't know what types of energy has touched it. When you work with crystals you want to work on a "clean slate" and to take ownership of the energy. I personally like to use the  smudging  effect, this is where you hold a inscense under the crystal so it gets covered in its cleansing smoke. There are certain incense that you can use. For me I tend to use white sage, it has been used for many years to ward of evil spirits and to rid negative energy around the room.   Many of you out there may have heard of crystals and maybe even brought one for no reason at all! Ever wonder why you had even brought it? did you ever consider that it was the crystal that chose you and not the other way round? I know that it sounds crazy and believe me when I say "I know what you are thinking" because that is exactly how I felt when someone said the same to me. we have all been through hardships and have seen things that we wish that we didn't. The same goes to me and sadly I have come to terms with my diagnosis of depression. I was diagnosed at the age of 17 and it hurt like a bitch... I didn't want to end up like my dad.
